Starting to head east.

Lee notes that today we started heading east in the Yukon. It's been a month in the Yukon Territory and we are ready to start the journey back into BC and Alberta. He finds it a bit sad because of all the sights, smells, sounds and people we have seen. And, it comes as we leave one of the most astounding natural areas of Canada we have ever visited - Kluane National Park. He never thought he would see mountains to rival the Rockies, but here they are.

Today was filled with wonderful views of this land. The Tahkini River Valley had the cameras clicking away again. The message boards along the way are so informative, and several were photographed so I could take the time later to actually read them and absorb all that I encountered today.
