Outsmarting the mice.

Lee decides that we should empty the basement locker, remove the dividers with the mechanical area and see how bad the mouse problem might be. Lee notices not much evidence of mice but catches a movement out of the corner of his eye. So, he loads up the mice traps and puts them in the area where he had seen movement.

Next, we block off the air register below the fridge. Lee had seen a mouse go in and out of there. Lez put a nice fabric on the board and it looks great. We then had lunch and Lee then went to check on the mice traps. A dead mouse in each one! OK, that was worth it. Let's hope we've now got them all.

We finished the day with a nice BBQ supper and are ready to head for Whitehorse tomorrow.

It was a quiet day, catching up on emails and Facebook and other social media. Enjoyed an afternoon snooze too.
