The cherry blossoms are blossoming.

Lee says yup - there are pink and white tree blossoms all over Parksville at the moment. He walked up for some groceries and passed a group of Japanese tourists taking pictures of the blossoms.

Later on, we used our BBQ after a long time to cook some steaks. It felt good.

Lez notes the weather today was truly spring: Temperature up to 14, I went into Parksville for a couple of chores and a quick stop at mom's. All is well. Now putting the finishing touches on another quilt. It was under the mid-arm and then needed the binding attached. Another project done and ready to give away in Edmonton. We took the finished Sailboat quilt to our site hosts Janice and Ron Holden. Spent some time chatting with them outside.
