Hobbes goes visiting family.

Lee decided to clean up some loose ends in the web software and to bring the website up to current. After lunch, it was time to head over to Piet and Marg's site. Lee carried Hobbes over and he soon took great interest in the squirrels in the undergrowth next to the deck. He jumped for them a couple of times, but they were too fast for him.

Later on, Lee and Lez took Hobbes home in the golf cart (Hobbes was very nervous). We then had a nice family video session with Edmonton, Austin and Hawaii. Nice to see them all. We followed that with a great meal out of Piet's outdoor pizza oven.

Lez relaxed: What a nice lazy day! We visited with Piet and Marg at their park model RV. Their deck is very spacious and comfy to sit around and caught up on more of the year's adventure and sharing our views of our world events, plans, memories. A great social media gathering with family, although with a few technical issues, was heartwarming as we got to see Lee's sister and hubby and all of our kids on one screen.

The weather was not too hot and as the evening progressed it was warm enough we didn't use their fire table for heating. It was our serving table for the scrumptuous meal. Marg fixed up mini pizzas on flatbread which Piet cooked in their pizza oven (propane heated). A Caesar salad and various "adult beverages" complimented the meal. We chatted the evening away until after the sun set.
