I thought I was done with PVC plumbing.
Port Ordze, Sherwood Park AB (2 stars)
Lee got started early by going for plumbing supplies so he could fix the kitchen waste tank valve. He didn't think he'd ever be playing with PVC pipe and glue, but presto, the tank now has a working valve.
OK, so he was on a roll. Next up, remove the outside step and take it to a welding shop to get the broken off bracket welded back on. Easy peasy, twenty bucks and it was done.
A great day where, as they say, Lee could see where he had been.
Hobbes interjects: Mom fixed my owie. Lez and Lee smile as our beast is curled up with his little fluffy catching a very needed snooze after such adventures. A wee traumatic day for the pussy cat, as he limped his way back to the RV this morning. Upon inspection, with a little force to prevent from being bitten, I found a glob of cedar sap and pine needles in his front paw. Warm water (you do know most cats hate getting their feet wet) and gentle wiping cleaned out the goo and revealed a small sharp edged stone wedged in there too (not small in his tiny paws). He is all fixed up, and received some treats, so all has returned, hopefully, to normal in his world. Add veterinarian to the list of "mom things".
