Alec came over for a visit and to help with some technical issues. He took apart our on-board media centre and dis-assembled the DVD player, which had been stopping or not even starting at all. Nothing major was found, but when it was re-assembled and installed, it worked fine. We celebrated our re-ability to play music by watching Celebration Day, the Led Zeppelin reunion concert.

We both miss going to live music so, so much.

Lez smiles: Ahhh yes - CD's! Make fun of us if you will, you youngans, but you grew up listening to these bands - and know them all too. Our evening docks will no longer be filled with B-sides (you have to have listened to 45's (45 RPM recordings LOLOLOL) to understand a B-side), but trust me, many radio stations we found were not playing the hits, but "other" songs from well-known artists. We had the stereo loud and truly enjoyed. Thanks Alec! Best Mothers' Day weekend - dinner with two great guys and their partners, and with my man. Oh yes, with Hobbes too.
