Lee is not sure how this phrase, the powerhouse breakfast hour, came to be. But he thinks we were just being goofy at breakfast time.

We made peanut butter cookies this afternoon but more importantly (for you RVers that don't use their ovens) we had the oven and two cooktop burners going at the same time. No problem.

Cookies! What do you make if you have no dessert ready to devour Cookies! We just made a super batch of peanut butter cookies to fill the empty cookie jar and our tummies. Yes mom, we ate a proper meal first!
