The gloomy +6c weather does nothing to encourage any get-up-and-go. Lee's got-up-and-went.

I spent the afternoon with quilter friend Margie Davidson, from Edmonton days working at Earthly Goods. She was giving a workshop here in Parksville on printing our stamp we made on the 11th. We each bought a plain silk scarf and were ready to pick a colour to use our stamp with and put a pattern on the scarf. It will be worn as it will even dress up a plain back sweatshirt!
