Well, the scanning project is essentialy complete as of noon today. All of our memories, artifacts and collectibles have been digitized. We started with 24 boxes of two cubic feet each. There are two left containing stuff to return to Edmonton. All the rest has been shredded or disposed of. Lee scanned about 65,000 items in the last 80 days. Phew.

It looks like we have over 260,000 images of one kind or another, covering our lives, our families and all those trips we have been on.

We spent the evening at my cousin Herb Erwin's home with his wife Jan and joined by Ralph and Simona and grandma Janie.

Because we had all spent time in our youth in Regina, except Simona, the old time stories were flying off the shelf. Herb and Jan in particular were adept at having accidents or getting stuck in the ditch with one of their parent's cars when they were young.
