Tying up loose ends.
Surfside RV Resort, Parksville BC (2 stars)
Lee whips the very last pieces of paper into the shredding box and the garbage box. He then turns off the scanner for the foreseeable future.
It's all done. And it feels good. Our two lives and those of our families all digitized into about a quarter million images.
Organizing all of that into stories and web pages will take some time, but will be fun to do.
HAPPY NEW YEAR - Welcome 2024.
So, as quickly as Lee organizes the photos of the day, by the time he gets into it, I have added more to his pile. Grin. Well, as I look out the back window, the Shelly Park and estuary are filled with the tidal waters coming and going, the Black Tail deer, which are very small deer native to this area can be seen wandering in and out of the forested area. They are so delicate, and smaller than our prairie white tailed deer. The waterway behind the RV regularly sees the River Otter. It is very shy, photos are a rare treasure for us as it quickly disappears underwater if we make any movement.
