Sure, let's make fun of Lee and Lez, those old (IT) timers. How old are we - we still use MS Outlook on our laptops and do not use email on our cell phones.

Well, we need to change that for our upcoming trip to Lee's sister's place. So, time to enable email on the cell phone.

It won't hurt a bit according to our technical support (Alec).

Coffee date with quilter Chris, our usual coffee shop is Bradley's on Jensen in Parksville. It is always busy, has very good coffee and latte and always an assortment of pastries to choose from. We catch up on families and weekly adventures. Lee usually drops me off, heads out to take care of 'chores' and then joins us.

Chris and I have gone on a local quilting retreat on Quadra Island while I've been out here. Those are SO much fun. Lots of quilters, sewing machines humming, I even packed up my mid-arm quilting machine for one of the retreats. The sharing of ideas is invigorating. There is a show and tell and we all sit in the common area around the fireplace on our last day there. Great memories.
