Lee got a lot of scanning done today because it was raining and not much could be done outside anyways,
Among the paperwork - the original purchase agreements for P Wagen (now Alec's 914), Clem (our 1970 VW fastback) and Martha (our Ford half ton from the 1990's). The purchase amounts seem trivual compared to today's new vehicle costs. Good memories from those three vehicles and of course one is still in the family.
Over the years, I have kept several daytimers and coil binders acting as note takers as much as they were daytimers. I also kept them for various computer contracts, keeping notes of the client requests and their computer systems Lee and I wrote and supported. These daytimers are being transcribed into an Excel workbook keeping them in chronological order, as much as possible.
When we finished our university days, our Computer Science and Admin degrees paved the roads we took in creating new computer or 'software' systems in a world that was just getting accustomed to computers that were much like intelligent calculators. We custom designed computer systems for various business processes like Payroll, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and even a computerized tournament scheduling system.
