Snowball in April.

We had a loud storm (sounded like heavy rain) sometime in the night. As we were having breakfast, Lee noticed a small pile of snow next to Ron and Cammi's unit. And after breakfast, he noticed a pile next to the Schooner. It had hailed! Lee made a snow ball and threw it against Ron and Cammi's unit. Cammi opened the door and shook her finger at Lee like his mother used to do when he was a kid. Too much fun!

Lez admonishes Lee: You could have put someone's eye out - or worse, left a dent in their RV! It was a bit of a surprise to see the white pile - in the same location around both our units, and not a spec anywhere else.

I am working on another "woven quilt" - enjoying a favourite technique I teach (or did until C19). Will post the pic after the gifty is given. Our walks along the boardwalk continue, have eased off with the photos. The estuary, however is providing some great views of multiple Heron and birds that have come back for the summer. Hobbes is getting a little braver in his wandering. Really need to keep an eye on him now. This is HIS territory.
