Getting itchy to go.

Lee was doing some regular chores around the Schooner today, which highlighted the desire to get back on the road. We're ready to go (in about 20 days).

Our neighbour Ron mentioned that the conservation folks had come through the estuary and found many of the Canada Goose nests. Amid much squawking and dive bombing, they shook the eggs and put them back. This kills the embryo and helps control the population. Momma Goose gets back on the nest once the panic subsides.

Lez Muses: What did I do on Friday! Obviously not enough to chat about. A day at the computer, updates of photos and learning a new technique in EQ (Electric Quilt) block design. I managed to complete 1 of 2 applique blocks. Needs more research and practice.
