Lazing by the creek.
High Eagle RV Park, Rosebud AB (2 stars)
What a quiet, peaceful day. We stayed at the campground, at which we are the only occupants. The road next to us rarely sees (actually hears) a vehicle. And there is still no wind. Very relaxing.
Lee went into town for a walk and returned with some lunch from the classy Rosebud Inn. While in town, buses showed up and large numbers of people got off. Apparently the Rosebud theatres were showing matinees today.
We sat outside for a long time, taking some photos of the clouds lit up by the sun. Yah, pretty complex.
So a lazy day for me. Cleaning the cameras - brought out the "big bag" of camera cleaning goodies. WOW, we should be able to just post pics for the next while, as I have been editing out the camera's lens smudges. The inside of the camera where the mirrors are, do need attention from time to time. As much as it is a sealed unit, tiny dust shakes in. All fixed up now.
Lee brought back lunch - making a grand assumption on the choice since my cell phone was not cooperating at all. The connection here in the valley campground, High Eagle RV Park, in Rosebud AB nestled in the poplars is not cellullar steller. We survived. The evenining sunset was gentle, with a threat of thunderclouds back lit by the sunset. As I finish off my portion of the blog, there are raindrops on the back window. It is SO dry out here, those drops will not make much of an impact.
