Blowing hard and cold.

Cold and rain keeps Lee inside, doing some planning for a father-son trip with Alec in September. Too many rock and roll bands and too many dates and venues. But, we have to start somewhere.

Today was coffee Thursday with Chris at Bradley's Bistro on Jensen. We enjoyed over an hour of sharing our adventures and mis-adventures over the past three weeks which led to stories from "olden days". One more week to visit as then Lee and I move the Schooner out for more adventures.

The wind has been howling all day - far too windy and cold to spend time outside to get from RV to Chuck and back inside when I got back from coffee. This afternoon, besides a wee snooze, was spent at the mid-arm quilting machine. I just have the border to quilt and then attach the binding - which has been prepared. I'll be able to leave the quilted comfort quilt for the Parksville guild with one of the guild members before we wander on.
