Low tide brings out the beach walkers.

A walk along the Parksville Boardwalk at low tide and sunny weather shows many people venturing far from the shore on the Parksville Bay tidal flats. It is easily 500 meters or more. And their dogs are just loving it.

The building of inuksuks and related art has accelerated at the end of the Boardwalk. A great place for people to express their art ideas.

A quiet day, an afternoon nap with cold meds to try to shake the sniffle that has now moved to my chest. We took a fresh air walk on the boardwalk and caught a few photos of the herring Seiners trolling the Strait of Georgia. Our walk across the grassy area to and from the Boardwalk is covered in Goose poop. We either have to go around, using the roadway, or play "dodge logs" LOL. We then sat out back of the Schooner in our lawn chairs in the very bright and warm sun for the afternoon. Hobbes joined us in his smaller lawn chair. .
