Lee has had lower back pain off and on for 30 years. This past week was a painful one. So today, the day we weigh our propane tanks to see how much we have left, Lez helped lift the tank out of the Schooner and set it on the scale. Lee thinks it was probably a lot safer with the two of us doing it. What a trooper! Next time you need help lifting some fabric, I'll be there for you.

After our chore, we took our 2nd cup of coffee outside and sat overlooking the estuary and enjoying the warmth of the sun, until the clouds moved in. It looked like all the geese in the region were sitting on the south shore basking in the sunshine too.

Time to get back to the quilt project.
