In and out and in and out, etc.

Lee continued some photo documenting work, but was continually interrupted by Hobbes wanting to go outside. The problem was, he'd go as far as the bottom step and head back in, presumably because it was too cold and windy for him. Eventually he gave up and settled into his basket.
Hey, those Instapots are pretty neat. All done in under 30 minutes.
Lez notes this has been a busy day: This morning we went for a really nice walk along the Sea Wall, and went onto the spit. No - no camera went along this time. The logs at the spit have all been moved since the last time we were out there. The high tides and waves from the storms have re-vamped the spit. The afternoon was spent at the Parksville Quilt House Quilt Guild meeting. Everyone respectful of masking up, and lots of blank space between the buddy groups of people. The speaker today, Carola Russell gave a presentation of the great selection of her quilt artwork. She owns Carola's Quilt Shop in Chilliwack BC. After that I stopped by mom's to get a pair of blue jeans to modify for Ralph, then picked up some groceries. It started to rain about then, and has continued into the night. Lee made one of the Mitchell soups with many grains and great flavour using our Instant Pot. A hearty meal and enough left over for a second one.
I found we were a few days behind in photos and blogs, so here I am, catching up. Plans are then to head back to the sewing machine. Two quilts on the go - a little window display and a big quilt for me.
