Today would have been Lee's mom's 99th birthday. We miss her and the way she used to entertain us with some curious uses of English/Dutch words. If she had been with us for dinner and we had offered her a glass of wine, she would likely have refused with 'aggh, tastes like medicine'.

Lez spends the day at the computer: One of those days designing quilt blocks in the computer software Electric Quilt. Zoned into my day happily making a new pattern. The day ended with joining in to the Zoom session for the Edmonton quilt guild's monthly meeting. Not a day for much outside.
