Another nice day, means Lee continues with the slide cover conversion. Amidst the people walking by to say hello, Hobbes wanting to go for a walk down the estuary and the chats with Ron the neighbour, well, two of the three covers are back up and fastened down with press fasteners.

Lez is covered in thread bits once more: And half the backing is done, and now more pieces going in to finish it. Later in the afternoon we joined neighbour Ron, who is bacheloring it this weekend, and had a coffee sitting around his firepit. It cooled off even more - currently 4C outside, and a sky full of stars. There is supposed to be the Northern Lights tonight as a massive solar flare occurred on the 28th. We may be up at 3 to see if they do glow; or we may sleep thru an alarm. Will let you know tomorrow! Slide covers are looking very good and definitely ready for any winter wind blasts we will have.
