A hard day at work; a wonderful day at home after work. Just sitting in the cool clear air in the pasture with my buddy. And Hobbes wandering around at will.

Lez notes: Yes, it was a busy day, but we managed to accommodate all those who requested mail out ballots, processed the receipt of ballots mailed in. There is an outer envelope with the personal info, so we can record they have voted. Inside that envelop is an inner envelope with the ballot which is placed in the Ballot Box once we have recorded the receipt. Those ballots will be opened and counted after the polls close on the 20th. There is no marking on that inner envelope to indicate who mailed it in or dropped it off or voted in our office. A lot of paperwork, but a secure process to ensure privacy and the ability to cast your vote - privately.
