Lez runs back and forth.

Lee says - what a trooper Lez is. He got to the election office with Lez and realized he had forgotten his bag with his election notes. Lez hopped in the truck and drove all the way back to Sherwood Park to get it, so Lee could start work right away.

All's well that ends well.

We didn't get home until almost midnight. It was the end of advance voting and the supervisors were bringing in their material after the polls closed at 9 PM. When Lee and Lez left at 11:30 one of the polling places had still not returned their stuff. Here's hoping it was not much longer.

Lez blushes! Well, isn't that what partners do for each other I didn't have a critical situation, and had the time.

It was another interesting day of voters coming in to vote early. Several people who were caught away from home, some planning to be away next week, all wanting to ensure their vote would count. Lots of phone queries, hopefully answered to their satisfaction. Tomorrow is the last day for any advance voting and for requesting a ballot to be mailed out. There are a few requirements, as we need a person's ID (a copy of) to be included in the request. We are anticipating a super busy day.
