Sometimes everything just falls into place.

Lee is up and ready to tackle stuff before 6 am to take advantage of the cooler temperatures. It must have been the coffee, because everything just seemed to go right. The fresh water tank is full, the water pump seems to be working fine, and the badly mashed up box rail cover is now screwed in place and looks pretty good.

If you ignore the badly rippled top of the fender, Chuck looks just fine.

Later on, we are in the cool of the air conditioned Schooner and listening to some favourite bands' tunes. To quote Lez - "Gawd, I miss Streetheart". Lee consoles her - the times and places will come, kiddo. We will see them again soon.

Lez laments: SO NEEEEED my live rock and roll band faves - CD's blaring out of my laptop as I pop into FB and other sites today. I must be restless today - miss the up in front of the stage singing along and groovin' to (yes I AM a child of the 60's slang) the music of Streetheart, Loverboy, Harlequin, Headpins, Honeymoon Suite, Cummings and Bachman and so many more!

Lee has done a great final ensurance we can hit the road again. It is VERY hot outside today, so we are enjoying the A/C (and 30 amp service here!). Of course this means I can't use the big iron at the same time - oh well! LOUD GUFFAW!
