Lee's back is still causing pain. He's moving gingerly and not lifting anything. Hobbes went exploring some more. Lez had lunch with a quilting friend and returned two quilts that Lez had bound. In the afternoon, we went to look at a new mattress. We found a nice one and will consider buying it once we determine (height-wise) that it will fit. Back home (after supper at Caffrey's) we determined it will indeed fit. Another laydown for Lee and a quiet evening. Even Hobbes did not want to go out.
Lez observes: Hobbes knows when something is not "right" with his adored master.
