Three for three and a first.
Port Ordze, Sherwood Park AB (2 stars)
The day started out quietly and warm. Lez continued working on a quilt for the Zeisslers while Lee did some more repairs/enhancements around the Schooner (after first visiting Canadian Tire of course). Then it was time for Hobbes to go for a walk. Down the driveway he experienced a squirrel. They had a 25 foot stare down and then Hobbes got bored. Later on, we enjoyed a glass of wine with the Zeisslers on their patio. We brought along Hobbes to give him some more outdoors time. After that, Lee had his third cooking experience in the oven. It worked great and the result was one of his homemade pizzas. We followed supper with some quiet time sewing and scanning. After 11:00 pm, we experienced are our first thunder storm in the Schooner. They are definitely louder than in a house.
Lez plans: A table runner in the making for Zeisler's dining table. A small thank you for a big favour of our pasture space.
