We decided to stay an extra day to do some chores. Lee spent part of the afternoon cleaning the bugs off the front of Chuck and wiping out the dust that covered every part of the interior. Let's hope for no more gravel roads for a while.

The clear skies ensured our 2C overnight temperature. That's twice at our stay in Rendez-vous Park. Lee did the laundry today and was busy outdoors too. The weather was great, cool but warm in the sun. We went for a walkabout later in the afternoon, checking out the playground, and enjoying the swings! Hobbes was in and out and in and out and finally settled in his basket on the sewing table. I was sewing a binding on a quilt, and the hum of the sewing machine put him to sleep.

We ended our day, before calling it a night, watching a movie and enjoying our usual evening coffee - this time with the last of the rhubarb pie.
