So, Lez is doing laundry in one of the Surfside RV Resort buildings and Lee is thinking ahead to our end in the resort. We want to sell the Schooner here if possible rather than hauling it back to Alberta.

To that end, Lee is thinking about his own laundry list of maintenance tasks that need attention before we can sell. Time to get on it.
