A whisper of a breeze.

Surfside RV Resort, Parksville BC (2 stars)

What a quiet day in the neighbourhood. There is not a speck of wind, the estuary seems devoid of ducks and geese, the City of Parksville has the Community Park closed for something so there are no vehicles driving through, just a few folks walking the Boardwalk. Overcast and about seven degrees. Just plain quiet and still.

The tide is very low today as evidenced by empty waterways out the back window are muddy. It is quite a sight watch the pairing of the ducks, and their quick dive bomb underwater and surfacing well beyond where they dunked.
