What, no white wine.

Good thing Save-On has 1200 BC wines on their shelves. It's mighty difficult to pick just six bottles of white wine.

Later on, we had some appies around Ron and Cami's firepit to say good bye to the Rocky Mountain House folks. They are heading back to Alberta for the summer.

Lez notes the advantage of a winery would be being able to taste those wines! Ah well, guess we'll just have to open and enjoy. Well someone has to! And by dinner we earned that bottle of wine - a wee issue with a filled water tank spill gave our bathroom floor a good cleaning, and gave us a good head start on clearing out the "basement" of items to find new homes or be reorganized into totes or let go.

Our neighbours across the street will be leaving shortly to avoid what appears to be coming - lousy weather crossing over the mountains. It is only April, and snow is a good possibility on the route. We will have to be cautious, IF we can leave the island at the end of the month. Some new restrictions are being put in place regarding non-essential travel.
