Out came the Instant Pot today - and a slab of pork ribs spent a whole hour and a bit turning into que-sauced fall off the bone dinner. They sat for another hour just waiting for us to decide to eat dinner. Today was a clean up computer files, catch up on correspondence day. Quiet. Weird not being the laundry lady.
