Imperial Motel, 100 Mile House BC (2 stars)

A short hop from Clearwater to 100 Mile House via Highway 24. But I took a longer and slower route past Horse Lake, which is a very calm and peaceful area. A great place to rent a cabin and just watch the birds on the lake.

Pete Musch and his wife Linda live in 108 Mile Ranch which is, yes, 8 miles north of 100 Mile House. They have a peaceful one acre property that they share with their dogs Ginger and Sadie. I had a nice visit with my cousin and his wife.
