Well, today we finished the construction of the walk-out are in Mimi and Alec's new house. The framing is done, the electrical is complete and inspected, the plumbing is complete and inspected. The HVAC inspection is September 24; a really small bit of work that we had to do.
So now we wait for the drywallers. Hopefully the drywall sheets and other parts are delivered on Thursday and the drywall crew can start in the next few days.
It's been a busy and tiring couple of weeks, but Alec and I got it done.
