No flying rocks, no snow-covered roads.

We left Edmonton around 10:00 am and headed to Golden, BC. We decided to take the same route as last fall (south west, David Thompson Highway, Highway 93 and the Trans-Canada) even though it was on this route that we got the big damage to the windshield and ran into snow on Highway 93.

We made it through fine and even saw a herd of mountain goats licking salt on the David Thompson much like last year.

On the road again! The Tigster gas tank full, and the highway ahead.
