Trying to clean out the larder.

We had lunch today with Ford and Lori, two great rock and roll friends. Lee worked with Ford at ATCO in the day.

We hadn't seen them face-to-face since before Covid so there was a lot of music catching up to do. They are great Bob Seger fans as we are Streetheart fans. We talked not only about concerts we had been to but also many other things that we had experienced in life since 2019.

At home, we are trying to use up as much spoilable food as possible since in a week we will be away for a week at Alec's wedding.
