Very important chore for Lee after we docked in Maple Creek. Get the growlers refilled. There is a nice craft brewery in Maple Creek called Rafter R Brewing Company that sells a large number of different beer. A blonde ale and a red ale and we're all set.

We are comfortably (aka A/C is ON) at the Maple Creek campground. As we check around - we have found the brewery, and the Maple Creek Celebration Quilt Show which is about to happen this Friday and Saturday and well as they promote: Fly-In Breakfast, Creek Classics Car Show, Maple Creek Farmers Market, Celebration Quilt Show, Light Horse Show, Booksales, Andrew Kiss at Broken Spoke Fine Art Gallery, Live Music, Beer Gardens at Jasper Lounge and Event Centre, Kid's Activities including Bouncy Castles, Bungee Jump, Crazy Paints By Katie, and more! We are here for their summer festival - who planned that! WHEEHAWW!

We also will be spending time while in Maple Creek at the Weiss ranch for an afternoon and dinner to round out our stay.
