Regina family and friends.

Kings Acres, Regina, SK (1 star)

Lez was off after breakfast to see some friends. Lee stayed home and promptly climbed the Schooner's roof to remove old vent pieces and install the new ones. A relatively easy chore as long as you have enough water resistant goop to make sure everything is nice and sealed.

Mary and Richard came over for supper. We had a nice time chatting about life and family. We had not seen them for over a year.

Off to visit with a very long-standing friend since the moment we met back in the 70's. Lee and her hubby Aubrey worked together at Sask Tel back in the day, and it was at the social gatherings that we miss so much now, how she and I met. As we had our kids, and we moved away to Edmonton, and all the other things in life that go on, we have not lost touch. Whenever we get together - it is just a continuation of the last time we were together. A super 'Bestie' and Tammy's mom.

She had lunch set out and we just talked and talked.

I then went over to another family friend - one of my mom's 'Besties' we call Aunty Terry. I visited her in her elder care lodging and we talked and talked and talked. I was a flowergirl at her and Uncle Steve's wedding many moons ago.

Back at the RV, my sister Mary and hubby Richard came over to our humble abode and we enjoyed the fresh air dinner at the picnic table. It was great to see them after such a long time.
