We made our well-liked schnitzel and spatlese for dinner today. The is a real two-person job in the kitchen and we do it very well together.

In preparation, Lez enjoys pounding down the schitzel until it is nice and thin.

One of the things that has become routine is our two step boogie as we cook up a storm in the kitchen. One chops up what needs to be chopped, the other tosses and stirs up whatever is being cooked.
