Snow whips across the Trans Canada Highway.

Gaucher Family, Regina SK

We drove from Swift Current to Regina in drifting snow on the Trans Canada Highway. Not so slippery, so were OK.

We went over to see Piet and Marg first. Had a good time reminiscing. We headed out for supper together to a local sports bar.

We then headed over to the Gauchers who had kindly offered to put us up for a couple of nights. The conversation never seems to slow down when we get together. Before bedtime, we plugged in our car. The forecast was for -33c.

A steady wind kept the highway covered in strips of snow. We still managed a few photos of the vast white world.
