Visiting the bison farm.

We had recently found a new supplier for bison meat. Today we travelled to the Sych farm to pick up a supply of roasts. It is not a small operation - they have about 250 in their bison herd.

They have a great St. Bernard dog that lives outside year-round and seems happiest when the weather turns cold.
