Move over, Mario.
Time to make the final drive back to Edmonton. The Yellowhead Highway 5 was remarkably quiet on this day. Lez decided she wanted to drive for a while, which she did. She may have some medical issues, but she drove like a champ for most of the way home.
It seems that for the past several years on the road, Lee was doing all the driving. I have just been a back seat driver - LOL. I decided that rather than sleep while Lee drove all the time, and since I can drive, and there are very few decisions that need to be made on the that long ribbon home, why can't I drive!
It felt so good and natural to be behind the wheel again, and "the Tigster" as I call the Tiguan, is one very comfortable and responsive vehicle.
We made it home to our apartment in once piece and no new grey hairs.
