VIP Motel, Parksville BC

We started the day at Ricky's for breakfast. They play classic rock and roll and we started reminiscing about the words in the songs. We changed one title slightly from "Last train to Clarksville" to say "Last train from Parksville".

We then went up to see grandma in the Nanaimo General Hospital. She is very weak and we only spoke for a few minutes before she went back to sleep.

However, the train is not leaving from Parksville as planned. Ralph has some medical issues that prevent him from driving so we are taking him back and forth to Victoria tomorrow for a medical appointment. How long we stay in Parksville is now up in the air.

Now the challenge is looking up the real lyrics and re-write for Parksville/trailering/moteling/visiting family. Stay "'tuned".
