Shopping to get settled.

We were out shopping to get more odds and sods needed to settle in. I have inherited a really comfy office chair, more like a gaming chair, from Alec. The problem is, the gas shock is failing so I end up sitting with my knees around my ears. I can hear the laughing already. Anyways, it is a great chair for my desk. However, getting a new shock may be a problem. We live in a throw-away society and I don't intend to throw this chair away.

My purchase was one of those large plastic floor mats for my desk chair to be able to roll. The carpeting was kinda hindering that. I also picked up a book - "Garfield - Greatest. Cat. Ever. (Just ask him)".

As author Jim Davis noted, "Garfield pawed his way into the hearts of comics readers in 1978 and never let go."

I am proof of that.
