The Generals are done for another year.

Lee took advantage of both some dry weather and feeling much better to start flushing the fresh water tank. Four more days and we are out of here.

The Generals won the play-off game and finished 3rd. Even though we have six months of travel and excitement ahead of us, we are already looking forward to next season.

Thinking of our "bug out" later this week, it was time to go through the RV, getting the loose items tethered or tucked away in the drawers. The back table is now totally clear of any hint of quilting. Hobbes' basket is up there - so he can look out the back window. He's sleeping. He is doing a lot more sleeping these days, his 18 years are the equivalent of an 88 yr old person. He is truly a senior. When travelling, we will put the basket on the bed (in the middle). We found he is very stressed when travelling in the truck, and he seems to be OK with the basket-on-the-bed arrangement. He knows, when we stop he can go outside. It will be interesting when we put the harness and leash back on him to go out.

Lee went out and picked up KFC for dinner. What treat!
