The last Monday.

Surfside RV Resort, Parksville BC (2 stars)

Lee thinks it must have been because today was the last Monday at Surfside that he got the urge to tie up loose ends before leaving. The winter water hose was removed and packed and some long waiting baseboards finally got installed. The late afternoon rain stopped any further outside progress.

We had planned our morning to drive to Duncan and visit with Pat and Marj. But our sniffles have turned into total runny nose colds. They've just gotten over the same, and we all decided that a later, healthier date would be wise choice for a visit.

I caught up on the blog, photos and email. Lee took advantage of the weather before it tanked as predicted.

A nice nap took care of the late afternoon. We'll settle in to a movie and an early night to bed.
