Lee got a call from the dealer that Chuck's second spare rim and tire were ready for pickup. Off he went.

Paid for the work, rolled the tire out to the truck and hoisted it onto the tailgate. No, no, no. No pain, but no smarts either.

After the events with the lower back a couple of weeks ago, you would think Lee would have learned. Nope. Now it's evening and he is suffering with the same back pain as before. Someone pass the Advil.

The day has dawned with more sunshine than cloud, and only a light breeze. Taking the 2nd cup of coffee outside to sit in the sun at the back of the RV.

I've been busy quilting and trimming up the small quilt. Now to make the binding and attach it.

My poor Man. we forget we are aging and our bodies are so quick to remind us that it's ok to ask someone else to do heavy lifting, or share the heavy lifting.
