The main lodge, Rivendell, opened in 1979. That is where our guild quilters spent our week. There is enough space for all 29 of us spread out our sewing machines, fabrics, cutting mats and sew to our heart's content. The coffee machines were brewing fresh all day, fruit and light snackies were shared as many of the quilters brought enough sweets and salties for sharing. Oh - yes, we worked on quilts too.
