Lee says - so we had to go for propane today because both our tanks are now empty. So, we leave the Schooner with the BBQ tank and head for Errington's Co-op station to get tanks filled. Geez, we're halfway to Coombs at this point so we head down to the Dutch store for cheese and some other goodies. You can never run out of Dutch cheese in our house.

The Dutch store in Coombs is a MUST stop for us. We generally load up on the Gouda - medium to young - soft and so delicious. We slice it very thinly - with the coolest cheese slicer - yes from the Netherlands. Don't worry Kraft, I still need the cheese slices for grilled cheese sandwiches - enjoyed with the bread Lee makes.
