Lee concludes that more salmon must have found their way into this part of the estuary. There is more jumping going on, much to the delight of onlookers and the mild distraction for Hobbes.
One of the funniest things to see is a flock of Canada Geese lazily bobbing in the water when suddenly a salmon jumps in the air right in the middle of the geese. There is panic and squawking in all directions as they take flight.
