Fire in the hole.

Lee says that we need a new fireplace in that hole in the living room slide-out. So, off to Nanaimo we go, on the advice of a neighbour, to check out a fireplace sold by Lowe's. Sure enough, it's going to fit. A few groceries, fuel up the truck and we're back in the Schooner before you know it.

A lazy evening all around, including a couple of movies.

Lez's smirk grows bigger: Yup - who had the more sore arm - not me.

Road trip! Off we go to Nanaimo for essentials, including a stop at MB Mart for Pita chips and hummus. We also picked up some Nougat - a small treat. The shop is small and filled with many treasures - food and more.

A nice quiet day, still grey outside, but not really cold. Feeling just a little sorry for folks back in Edmonton. And VERY happy we are out here.
